Ángel Martínez Nació en Santiago, República Dominicana es el menor de dos hijos de padres cristianos. Sus primeros pasos dentro del espionaje los dio siendo un niño cuando tropas americanas, el 24 de abril del año 1965, invadieron su país. Después de sus estudios primarios ingresó al seminario para estudiar sacerdocio, la mayor parte de su juventud la dedicó a evangelizar y educar jóvenes en contra del consumo de drogas. Es corresponsal extranjero para algunos periódicos y canales de televisión. Creador de Imagen, Conferencista Internacional, Escritor y Detective Privado. Buscando el sueño americano emigró a Estados Unidos, primero trabajó para una firma de abogados, esto último lo acercó a las agencias federales, para las que trabajó bajo supervisión de excelentes agentes americanos. Se desempeñó en el FBI, Inmigración, Servicio Secreto, DEA, Aduana, Policía de New York y otras instituciones de inteligencia. Ha testificado en cortes federales y estatales a favor de los Estados Unidos en contra de organizaciones relacionadas con el tráfico de drogas. En el desempeño de sus labores ha viajado alrededor del mundo en operaciones encubiertas. Sus innumerables investigaciones contra el narcotráfico lo han calificado como un experto en el tema de esta peligrosa mafia de muerte. Ha dictado conferencias sobre el narcotráfico en las principales Universidades de Latinoamérica, así como en ferias del Libro, colegios, cárceles, clubes e instituciones privadas. Hoy en día los principales periódicos de Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos han hecho eco de sus declaraciones en grandes titulares de primera página. Ha sido secuestrado en tres ocasiones, saliendo victorioso gracias al trabajo de rescate espectacular de la Fuerza Delta de Contrainteligencia. Sus mejores años los ha dedicado a combatir el narcotráfico demostrando que la solución al problema está en prevenir el consumo y no sólo en perseguir a los productores y traficantes de drogas.
